How do I pause or cancel my subscription?

We make it easy to manage your subscription. No hassle, no fees.

To pause your subscription

1. Log in to your account
2. Go to Manage Subscription
3. Click Pause Subscription
4. Choose how long to pause (1-4 weeks)
5. Your subscription will automatically resume

To skip a delivery

If you just need to skip one delivery:

1. Log in to your account
2. Go to Upcoming Deliveries
3. Click Skip on the delivery you want to miss
4. Your next scheduled delivery will proceed as normal

To cancel your subscription

1. Log in to your account
2. Go to Manage Subscription
3. Click Cancel Subscription
4. Tell us why (optional, but helps us improve!)
5. Confirm cancellation

Your cancellation takes effect immediately, and you won't be charged again.
