How do I transition my dog to McDuffy?
Transition gradually over 7–10 days. Start with 25% McDuffy mixed with their current food, then increase to 50%, 75%, and finally 100%. Most dogs adjust quickly — some love it enough to switch immediately.
How should I store the food?
Keep bags frozen until ready to use. Thaw in the fridge overnight. Once thawed, food stays fresh for 5–7 days. Each 500g bag is individually sealed for convenience.
How much should I feed my dog?
Use our dog profile calculator above — it recommends portions based on your dog's weight, age, and activity level. As a general guide, most dogs eat 2–3% of their body weight per day.
Is McDuffy suitable for puppies?
Yes! Our recipes are formulated to be complete & balanced for all life stages, including puppies from weaning age (4+ weeks). Puppies typically need higher portions relative to body weight.
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver throughout Metro Manila with next-day delivery. Orders are packed in insulated cold-chain packaging to ensure your food arrives frozen. We're expanding to more areas soon.
