How do I store the food?
Keep bags frozen until ready to use (up to 6 months). Thaw overnight in the fridge or in warm water for 30 minutes. Once thawed, refrigerate and use within 7 days.
How do I transition my dog?
Start with 25% McDuffy mixed with 75% current food. Increase the McDuffy portion every 2–3 days until fully transitioned (about 7–10 days). Most dogs transition with zero issues.
What if my dog doesn't like it?
We'll refund your first order — no questions asked. But honestly, we've never had a dog turn it down. Real meat and vegetables are hard to resist.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, absolutely. No lock-in, no cancellation fees. You can pause, skip, or cancel from your account page whenever you want.
How does delivery work?
