Check your order status

1. Log in to your account at mcduffy.co
2. Go to Order History
3. Click on your order to see the status

Order statuses explained

• Confirmed — We've received your order
• Preparing — Your food is being packed
• Out for Delivery — On its way to you!
• Delivered — Enjoy your McDuffy!

Delivery notifications

You'll receive updates via:

• Email confirmation when you order
• SMS/Viber when your order is out for delivery
• Delivery confirmation when it arrives

Same-Day Delivery Cutoff

Remember: Order by 12:00 PM for same-day delivery in Metro Manila.
