These Terms of Use apply to your access and use of McDuffy's website (the “Site”), operated by McDuffy, Inc. ("McDuffy," “we,” “our,” or “us”).

  1. To access certain features, you may need to register for an account. By doing so, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining your account’s confidentiality.
  2. To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old. If you’re under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to help you out.

V. Products & Descriptions

We do our best to ensure product details are accurate, but sometimes things may vary slightly (especially with handmade or natural products). If you’re ever unsure, feel free to contact us!

VI. Orders and Payments

A. One-time Purchase

  1. To shop with us, you’ll need a valid payment method. You agree to provide accurate billing and delivery information.
  2. Prices are listed in PHP and include applicable taxes. Delivery fees will be shown at checkout. Orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
  3. We reserve the right to decline orders for any reason, including but not limited to suspected fraud, inventory issues, or ineligibility.

B. Subscription Orders and Recurring Payments

McDuffy offers certain products under a subscription model, which includes automatic and recurring billing through PayMongo. By enrolling in a subscription, you agree to the following:

  1. Recurring Billing Authorization
    You authorize McDuffy, via PayMongo, to automatically charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis based on your chosen payment frequency. This will continue until you cancel your subscription.
  2. Secure Payment Handling
     Payment credentials are securely processed and tokenized by PayMongo. McDuffy does not store or have access to your complete payment details.
  3. Cancellation and Changes
     You may modify or cancel your subscription anytime by emailing support@mcduffy.ph. Please allow at least 3 days before your next scheduled billing for changes to take effect.
  4. Failed Payments
     In the event of a failed payment, we may retry automatically within a few days. If payments continue to fail, your subscription may be suspended or canceled.
  5. Price Updates
     McDuffy may adjust subscription pricing with at least 15 days’ advance notice. Continued subscription use after the effective date constitutes your agreement to the updated rates.
  6. Delivery and Fulfillment
     Subscription products will be delivered according to your selected schedule. You are responsible for keeping your delivery address current.
  7. Non-Refundable Charges Subscription payments already processed are generally non-refundable unless due to product issues or shipping errors verified by McDuffy.

VII. Shipping & Delivery

  1. We’ll let you know the estimated delivery time at checkout. While we always aim to deliver on time, some delays may be beyond our control.
  2. Once an item is delivered or picked up, responsibility transfers to you or your designated recipient.

VIII. Returns & Refunds

  1. We accept returns within 7 days of purchase as long as the item is unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging. Some exclusions apply (e.g., perishable items or items marked final sale).

IX. Vouchers & Promotions

Promo codes or discounts may have specific conditions. We reserve the right to cancel promotional codes that we believe are misused.

We do our best to offer the best service, but McDuffy, Inc. is not liable for:

  2. Loss of profits or business
