How do I store the food?
Keep bags frozen until ready to use (up to 6 months). Thaw overnight in the fridge or in warm water for 30 minutes. Once thawed, refrigerate and use within 7 days.
How do I transition my dog?
Start with 25% McDuffy mixed with 75% current food. Increase the McDuffy portion every 2–3 days until fully transitioned, usually over 7–10 days.
What if my dog doesn't like it?
Message us after your first box and we'll help adjust the recipe, portion, or transition plan so your dog has the best chance of loving fresh food.
Can I cancel before my next order?
Yes. No lock-in and no cancellation fees. You can change recipes, adjust bags, manage treats, update payment, or cancel before your next order is prepared.
How does delivery work?
We deliver across Metro Manila and select areas in the Philippines. Orders ship within 1-2 business days via insulated packaging to keep everything fresh. Free delivery on all subscriptions.
