Every McDuffy recipe uses human-grade ingredients you can actually see — real meat (beef, pork, chicken, fish), fresh vegetables (squash, moringa, carrots, broccoli), and essential vitamins & minerals. No fillers, no preservatives, no mystery ingredients. All recipes are formulated with veterinary nutrition guidance.
How much does McDuffy fresh dog food cost in the Philippines?
One-time Shopify checkout is ₱349.00 per 500g bag, using the current Shopify price for the selected recipe. For new subscriptions, every recipe is ₱259 per 500g bag before the 40% first-order and 20% second-order discounts. Existing subscribers keep their current plan pricing.
Can I buy McDuffy without a subscription?
Yes. You can order one-time from this product page or use the quiz to build a recurring subscription plan. The intro offer (40% off food in first order, 20% off second) applies to subscriptions only; one-time Shopify checkout orders use regular one-time pricing.
Can I pay Cash on Delivery?
Yes. For eligible one-time orders, choose Cash on Delivery at Shopify checkout and pay when your frozen box arrives. Cards are also accepted. Recurring subscriptions use an authorized credit/debit card through PayMongo; COD applies to one-time orders only.

How do I transition my dog to McDuffy?
Mix McDuffy into your dog's current food over 7–10 days: Days 1-3: 25% McDuffy + 75% current food. Days 4-6: 50/50. Days 7-9: 75% McDuffy + 25% current. Day 10+: 100% McDuffy. Most dogs transition smoothly — some love it enough to switch immediately.
How do I store McDuffy fresh dog food?
Keep bags frozen until ready to use (up to 6 months). Thaw overnight in the refrigerator or in warm water for 30 minutes. Once thawed, keep refrigerated and use within 7 days. Each 500g bag is individually sealed for convenience. Never refreeze thawed portions.
How much should I feed my dog?
Portion size depends on your dog's weight, age, and activity level. As a general guide: small dogs (5kg) need about 1/2 bag per day, medium dogs (15kg) about 1 bag, and large dogs (30kg+) about 2 bags. Every dog is a little different, so the ideal feeding amount may vary with age, size and activity level. Please use this as a starting guideline only and adjust as required to maintain optimal body weight.
Is McDuffy suitable for puppies and senior dogs?
Chicken It Up, Surf & Turf, Farmyard Feast, and Coastal Blend are formulated to AAFCO standards for all life stages, including puppies. Braised Beef Bowl and Hearty Pork Rice are adult-maintenance recipes for dogs 1 year and older. Senior dogs do well on any recipe — puppies typically need higher portions relative to body weight, so use the portion calculator above.
Where do you deliver in the Philippines?
McDuffy delivers fresh dog food throughout Metro Manila — Makati, BGC, Taguig, Quezon City, Pasig, Mandaluyong, San Juan, Pasay, Parañaque, and Muntinlupa. Orders are packed in insulated cold-chain packaging to ensure your food arrives frozen. Subscription delivery is ₱199 each time. We're expanding to more areas soon!
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Absolutely. No contracts, no commitments. You can change recipes, adjust bags, manage treats, update payment, or cancel before your next order is prepared through your account or by messaging us on Viber.
